Between 2010 and 2013 RAMI Network has worked with the Higher Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities led by Prince Ra’ad Bin Zaid and the Ministry of Social Development on the following projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID):

– Developing two model group homes for adults with disabilities

– Facilitating and conducting training for physicians, therapists and other staff on assessment and diagnosis process for people with severe and profound intellectual and developmental disabilities

– Introducing a Day Habilitation model

– Translating training materials from English into Arabic

– Improving the assessment and diagnosis process in the country’s early intervention and assessment centers
