Serving as a consultant to a NY based human services agency ‘Human First, Inc.’, Mr. Abu Hashish has planned, organized and supervised the 1st agency professional development conference: “Sharing Knowledge Changes Lives” held on October 26, 2012 in Brookville, NY. 

In November 2013 he headed the organizational committee for the 2nd agency professional development conference held at Hofstra University, NY.
