Serving as a consultant to a NY based human services agency ‘Human First, Inc.’, Mr. Abu Hashish has planned, organized and supervised the 1st agency professional development conference: “Sharing Knowledge Changes Lives” held on October 26, 2012 in Brookville, NY. 

In November 2013 he headed the organizational committee for the 2^nd agency professional development conference held at Hofstra University, NY.
