In 2010 Mr. Abu Hashish started a partnership between YAI Network, NY and the Onaizah Association for Development and Human Services (OA), Saudi Arabia.  The focus of the partnership was to assist OA in improving and expanding its services for people with disabilities of Saudi Arabia.  Starting from 2011. Mr. Abu Hashish has worked on organizing a full three day conference in Saudi Arabia

“The 1st Conference for Experts on Disability and Rehabilitation” in May of 2012, which was attended by OA and agencies across the Gulf Region. He has brought expert presenters from the USA, developed the conference schedule and session topics as well as coordinated this groundbreaking event.  Since then, RAMI Network has assisted with the organization and presentation of two more conferences in Saudi Arabia by bringing US professionals (medical doctors, therapists and executives) to present and ran workshops.
